I just received (8/27/2020) a letter from Filters Fast informing me that since July 15 2019 a code was placed on their website to steal customer credit card information. They did not discover this until July 20,2020. This means that for ONE year customers were at risk of having their IDENTITY STOLEN! What kind of a company take ONE YEAR to discover a security breach? Now I have to enroll in a fraud alert service to protect my credit card and my identity. I will never do business with this company again.
IT TOOK THEM ONE YEAR TO DISCOVER THEY HAD BEEN HACKED!
Worst customer service EVER! And filters fast? Yeah right I got my order 6 weeks after I ordered. And when I called to cancel because it was taking too long they didn't refund my order and refused to cancel it! They seriously need a crash course in how to run a business!

It's so convenient getting filter replacements this way. Don't have to think about it. When it's time to change filter it shows up at your door. Also, my furnace takes a filter that's hard to find at retail stores.
Every type of filter I have purchased from this filter place has worked perfectly and customer service help me once exchanging one that was incorrect
The wrong part was sent twice and I had to pay for shipping after they sent the wrong part that did not match the part number. Then the part number it actually sent didn't match the application. But it wasn't we're sending it back because I was going to lose the shipping anyway
I have the auto-send service, and it is so nice (and a bit surprising) when my new replacement filter shows up on my doorstep.
I was charged for an order that I didn't order. I called, they aknowledge their mistake, but they still shipped the filter and they're taking his time giving me my refund.
Filtersfast.com used to be very competitive in price but is now expensive. I could have gotten 3M Filtrete for a cheaper price. I have used Filtersfast.com for years but will now price-shop before ordering again.
Staff was very helpful.I was disappointed that the filters I ordered, listed as the substitute for manufacturer's filters, did not work. The size was ok, the design did not allow for any water flow with my exisiting under sink system. I appreciate the prompt refund.
Parts were NOT shipped as promised, and no idea when they will ship. Cancelled order
My order went to Ca. To S.C. to WVA. to VA. to OH. And sat for 2 days then Magically appeared.
